Departing from Marrakech, we’ll head towards the High Atlas Mountains, passing through the famous Tizi n’Tichka pass, the highest in Morocco. Our first stop will be the historic Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its fortified ksar and appearance in many iconic films. You’ll have time to explore and take in the unique architecture.

Next, we continue our journey to Ouarzazate, the "Gateway to the Sahara" and home to some famous film studios. After a short break, we’ll pass through the Valley of Roses in Kelaat M'Gouna, famous for its vibrant rose fields and rose-based products.

Arriving in Boumalne Dades in the late afternoon, you’ll settle into a comfortable hotel, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, we’ll set off towards Todgha Gorge, a stunning limestone canyon carved by the Todgha River. Enjoy a walk through the gorge, taking in the towering rock walls and the refreshing atmosphere.

We’ll then continue through Berber villages until reaching Erfoud, known for its fossils and date palms, and finally to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara dunes.

Upon arrival in Merzouga, you’ll take a thrilling camel ride into the dunes of Erg Chebbi and reach a traditional Berber camp. Here, you’ll check into your tent and have dinner under the starlit desert sky, followed by an evening of music and a bonfire with fellow travelers.

Awake early to experience the magical sunrise over the sand dunes, then return to Merzouga by camel. After a refreshing breakfast and shower at a nearby hotel, we’ll continue our journey through the Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves.

We’ll travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Midelt for lunch before continuing to Azrou, where you can see the famous cedar forest and possibly encounter the Barbary monkeys that inhabit the area.
